SCSETC Inc. Two Year Warranty statement

SCSETC Inc. (Scsetc) hereby warrants that all Scsetc Products are guaranteed against any defects for two (2) years from the date of original consumer purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any subsequent owner. Dated proof of purchase (dated receipt, credit card statement or order ID #) must be provided for warranty policy to apply.

The sole obligation for Scsetc in the event of a manufacturer defect within the warranty period is to replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product.

This warranty may be voided if any of the following occurs (1) any misapplication or misuse of the product; (2) failure of customer to adhere to any of the Scsetc specifications or instructions; (3) neglect of or intentional abuse of the product.

Under no circumstance will Scsetc be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of Scsetc products or any of its parts. Shipping fees for returns or replacements of Scsetc products may be covered by Scsetc at our discretion.
